Hii evryone, am a biggener in 3ds max and i need help ;)?

i want to wrap a ribbon around an irregular object... can any one tell me how to do it plz?


also, i wanna know how to wrap a plane or planer object around another object?????(e.g. wrapping an embossed patterned sheet around a sphere but dont tell me to use mapping %26amp; pumb coz i want to export the file to formz, u know)
