Reply:GIMP is like photoshop but free, ive done exactly what you are talking about with it a few times.
Reply:you can change it by using Photoshop program but you should also know , people who have colorful eyes seems as if red in the pictures.. its only because of photograph machine , cuz they dont set the machine setting therefore some of them appears as if red eyes but actually they are not.
