I want "characters" (people) images that look like the ones that marapets (marapets.com) has. not the pets, the people. i want to be able to get the prices like 8 bucks per picture. help!

I'm not sure, but dang those look terrible ( marapets) . I wouldn't pay 8 dollars per picture for those type of characters.
But anyways share your idea for what you need it for. If it sounds interesting enough then you would easily attract artists for hire. In fact, when I read the title of this question I was hoping to get info on why you need the character drawings, becuase I myself may have decided to help you.
