Make a new layer, any size. You should probably make yours around 600x600? [File %26gt;%26gt; New]. Use your fill tool to fill the layer in black.

Now, go to [Filter%26gt;%26gt;Render%26gt;%26gt;Diffuse Clouds.] Then, [ Filter%26gt;%26gt; Distort%26gt;%26gt; Diffuse Glow.] Use these settings: Graininess: 5, Glow Amount 16 and Clear Amount: 1. Duplicate that layer and set it to Difference. Opacity: 82% Then, [Filter%26gt;%26gt; Sharpen %26gt;%26gt; Sharpen.]

If you want to keep going with effects. Double click on the top layer. A new window called "Layer Style" should pop-up. Check the "gradient overlay." Blend Mode: Vivid Light. Opacity: 64. Gradient: from black to white Style: Reflected.

You're done!
